Free CRM - Zoho.com

I am testing out www.Zoho.com which offers free CRM for 3 users and more advanced solutions for just a bit more. It is almost as powerful as SalesForce.com for as little as 1/65th of the price. Sure they don't have the appExchange, but to a start up or small enterprise with nothing in place, I can highly recommend it.

Zoho.com is a comprehensive suite of on-demand business applications -19 different applications in all - including Mail, Reports, and Wikis. Zoho has received numerous awards, including an InfoWorld 2009 "Product of the Year" award, a 2008 PC World "25 Most Innovative Products Award" and a 2007 TechCrunch "Best Enterprise Start-up."

If you are an ACT! user, and rely on heavy scheduling and activity management functions, you probably are not going to like it. But free CRM and other cloud computing apps is amazing. I'm just a bit surprised Google didn't get there first.
